Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Token Factory platform, including the Token API, dashboards and related services, provided by DONEWIN TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. (the "Company"). By creating an account or using the services you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & API keys

You must provide accurate registration information and complete our verification process. API keys are credentials tied to your account — you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under them.

• Verification is required before production access is granted.
• Access from restricted regions is blocked.
• We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Usage & billing

The services are metered per token and billed in USD. Volume commitments, reserved capacity and wholesale arrangements are governed by the applicable order form. Unpaid balances may result in suspension.

4. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or where required for export-control or regulatory compliance. You may terminate by closing your account, subject to payment of outstanding amounts.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited as described in the Service Level Agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
