1. Availability target
We commit to 99.9% monthly availability for the Token API, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control.
2. Measurement
Availability is measured from our monitoring and status infrastructure over each calendar month.
3. Service credits
Downtime below the commitment entitles you to service credits calculated on your monthly spend, as detailed in your order.
4. Exclusions
Credits do not apply to downtime caused by your misuse, third-party networks, force majeure, or maintenance announced in advance on our status page.
