1. Our commitment
We comply with applicable export-control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and NVIDIA end-user terms. GPU procurement, deployment and usage are reviewed for compliance across the full chain.
2. Restricted parties & regions
We do not provide services to restricted regions, sanctioned parties or restricted end users. Accounts and access are screened, and access from restricted regions is blocked.
3. End-user diligence
Because we provide an API, every user of the platform is verified, not only the contracting entity. High-risk applications are reviewed before approval.
